Ginja Me is committed to partnering with our partners and suppliers to implement the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is the most comprehensive EU data privacy law in more than two decades, and came into effect on May 25, 2018. We have been busy at work ensuring that we meet our obligations when handling EU citizens' personal data.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by Ginja Me, by providing services to Ginja Me as our vendor/supplier, you expressly agree to Ginja Me GDPR Terms for all your existing agreements with Ginja Me.
If you have signed a Data Protection addendum with Ginja Me for your existing agreements, that document shall control and is substantively co-extensive with Ginja Me GDPR Terms.

Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of international privacy law and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:

The CAN-SPAM Act is a US law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
